Our wood-fired Kiln Drying service provides DLTH clients with the very best in finish product dimension control. To minimize checking and shrinkage, Damstrom kiln dries each interior wood package. If stability is important to your project, bring your wood in for custom drying, especially if you purchased it green from local mills.

Bob Damstrom's boiler for the kiln burns the wood waste generated from his sawmill operation. DLTH's kiln, 32' in length, has a drying capacity of 5,000BF. The boiler also heats two homes and a hot tub. When buying from DLTH, you know that your home or project will not add to landfill waste.
